Refund policy

Tuning services

Deposits: bookings may be made with a 10% deposit. The balance is charged to your saved card when your tune is complete.
Cancellations: your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling: you can reschedule any time up to 2 hours before your appointment.
Satisfaction: if you’re not happy with a tune, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Season Pass

The 5-Wax Season Pass is non-refundable once any wax has been used. If no waxes have been used, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Products

Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt with proof of purchase. To start a return, email topsheetz2024@gmail.com. Items sent back without contacting us first can’t be accepted. Online returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged or wrong, so we can fix it at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Custom graphics, gift cards and clearance items can’t be returned.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us.

Gift cards

TopSheetz gift cards never expire and have no fees.
